The 3B’s – Brainstorm | Build | Buff
VIZulocity is a presentation creation methodology and has three main steps that presenters need to go through to make a presentation. We call them the three B’s which stand for Brainstorm, Build, and Buff.
#1 – Brainstorm
The presenter learns how to focus on exactly what the audience needs, what they as the presenter wants to accomplish, and how to reconcile these often mis-aligned imperatives. Once the objectives are set the presenter is then taught how to quickly build a credible and cogent storyline.
#2 – Build
In this step, presenters learn how to quickly build a great first draft. Here the focus is on finding great content to put into their slides and also how to build those slides with very little wasted effort. One key advantage of VIZulocity is that by using QuickTemplates the presenter does not need specialized graphical design skills.
#3 – Buff
In the last step of VIZulocity presenters are taught how to take the presentation draft and polish it through rehearsals and constant refinement. They are also taught how to prepare the room, how to deliver the presentation, and perhaps most importantly, how to handle the unexpected problems and complications that can arise while they give the presentation.
